Virgin - Thanks!  You&#039;re right - WW is definitely not for bodybuilding - it&#039;s aimed at dropping a significant amount of pounds.  They encourage you to exercise to maintain (and build) your muscle tissue because - as you said - everything is measured by the scale.  As far as I know, you need much more protein than you can fit into the WW guidelines to really bulk up on muscle.</description>

I have heard a lot of positive outcomes from Weight Watchers. The only scenario where it doesn&#039;t make sense to me is people who are bodybuilding. As far as I last heard, WW judges everything by the scale and as muscle weighs more than fat, this can be highly deceptive.
