It's nice just to keep things casual with him - hanging out occasionally and having some completely laid-back, drama-free fun with someone I feel comfortable with. Of course I'd like for things to get more serious, but I think that ship sailed a long time ago. Honey - Oooooh, sounds delish! I'm trying to cook more homemade meals these days, and that BBQ stir-fry dish sounds amazing. I whipped up a big pot of vegetarian chili over the weekend and have been eating leftovers all week. Yum. Nicole - Yeah, I hear CA may not be as warm as I'm hoping for, but it'll certainly be warmer than in New York! As for NYL, I'm just trying to take things as they come. Last night I made a BBQ tofu and carmelized onion stir-fry over rice, and for dessert I made baked apples. (I'm guessing) He knows about your grad school offers and plans so unless he's talking about moving with you or begging you to stay then he's perfectly aware it's not really going anywhere either.
